The initial assessment is a 60 minute session where we take a comprehensive look at your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and nutrition goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
This session is all about checking in with you! We’ll see how things have been going since your assessment, celebrate your wins, and work through any challenges together.
Follow-up sessions give us a chance to review your progress, answer your questions, and keep you accountable. Each one is tailored to your needs at that stage of your journey.
